Xiaolei Chen focuses on medical testing area for more than 30 years, possessing professional knowledge and having rich experiences. He once served as clinical laboratory technician in No. 281 Hospital of Beijing Military Region, clinical laboratory supervising technician in Hospital of Beijing Armed Police Corps and vice general manager in Beijing Joinscience Medical Technology Co., Ltd. Starting his own business in 2001, Chen founded Tianjin Xinhong Medical Technology Co., Ltd. Under his leadership, company’s performance increased year by year, now with the gross sale of more than RMB 400 million. In 2014, Xinhong Medical completed share reform and listed in National Equities Exchange and Quotations (stock code: 832941) within one year. Xiaolei Chen has innovative spirit and rich experience in operation, management, startup incubation and project investment. At the end of 2013, he set up Joinscience (Tianjin) Technology Business Incubator Co., Ltd. and established professional medical incubation platform for innovators. Joinscience Incubator has successfully brought in over 50 enterprises with investment volume of RMB 20 million.
Xiuquan Li
Xiuquan Li has engaged in the field of laboratory medicine for more than 30 years. Serving as a clinical laboratory director in No. 254 Hospital of Chinese People’s Liberation Army, he published more than 30 professional papers domestically and overseas. In particular, during the period when he engaged in immunology test research, he participated in compilation of An English-Chinese Medical Abbreviation Dictionary and Clinical Medical Research and Statistical Methods and accomplished six progress awards in science and technology, among which he was the first completer of the two third-class prizes. Currently, he is the member of Tianjin medical committee and the standing committee member of immunology committee, professional inspection committee, IVD reagent evaluation committee, professional biological technology committee etc. in Beijing, Tianjin and other cities.
Xuemei Zhu
Xuemei Zhu has the experience in business operation and financial management for more than 20 years. She once served as director and deputy general manager in Tianjin Development Zone Joinscience Medical Device Co., Ltd. Currently, she is the supervisor of Tianjin Dingyan Medical Technology Co., Ltd. and legal person and executive director of Joinscience (Tianjin) Technology Business Incubator Co., Ltd. She is responsible for management of operational, financial and other important functional departments. In 2014, Xinhong Medical’s stock reform and listing in National Equities Exchange and Quotations was accomplished with her efforts.
Mu Yang
Mu Yang has engaged in operation management and public relations in medical companies for many years. He is familiar with laws, regulations and working process of healthcare departments, drug administration and professional association in Tianjin. Since 2013, as one of the co-founders of Joinscience (Tianjin) Science and Technology Business Incubator Co., Ltd., Yang is entirely responsible for investment and management. He has extensive experience in selection of entrepreneurial projects and consultancy of entrepreneurial policy. In 2016, as a general manager of Joinscience USA Consulting LLC, Yang led the enterprise entering international markets.
Yang once served as the deputy general manager in Business Department in Tianjin Huikang Medical Apparatus Co., Ltd., established the Jianianhua (Tianjin) International Co. Ltd., and served as the assistant to chairman of the board as well as the director of public relations department. He introduced and established Taiwan Pusheng (Tianjin) Biotechnology Co., Ltd, serving as the Deputy General Manager. He also once served as the project manager in joint venture department of Tianjin Lida Group.
Baofeng Rui
Mr. Rui has years of experience in healthcare-related industry. Studying at Tianjin Medical University with majoring in clinical medicine from Mar. 2005 to Jan. 2009, Rui acquired considerable professional medical expertise. Serving as sales representative, branch office manager, sales department manager in Tianjin Meitong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., he made brilliant achievements in his sales job. As district manager in Livzon Medical Group Co., Ltd. from Jan. 2003 to Apr. 2014, he accumulated a great amount of experiences in sales and team management for medical company and the capacities to operate market independently. Rui has insightful understanding in product position and promotion. He established Tianjin Fusheng Medical Technology Co., Ltd. and served as general manager. Under his leadership, the team achieved the leading position of integration suppliers of reproductive product in Tianjin within less than 3 years. The company also had the exclusive sales right of reagents, consumables and equipments of several world famous brands.
Xu Zhang
Mr. Zhang has extensive experience in company operation and management, project incubation and project investment. From 1997 to 2013, he served as deputy general manager and shareholder in Shenzhen Painuo Air Handling Technology Co., Ltd. Since 2013, as one of the co-founders of Joinscience (Tianjin) Science and Technology Business Incubator Co., Ltd., Zhang is entirely responsible for establishment, organization, operation and management of Joinscience Incubator, Mantou & Coffee Makerspace and Joinscience Medical Valley. Based on 16-year experience in enterprise operation and management, he built 3 main teams of medical investment, operation and management, innovative entrepreneurial services and established 4 main platforms including incubation platform, public laboratory platform, GMP pilot platform and cold-chain logistics platform. Integrating the resource of healthcare industry, he broadens channels for connecting capital and project as well as product and market. Zhang provides support to the incubated companies, in order to help them develop quickly. At present, with more than 50 incubated companies, he has brought in over 300 technology talents and has created over RMB 10 million tax contribution.
